View is good and place is very easily accessible. But charges to view just fall is quite high. Charges can be reduced and view can be improved.

Views of falls are severely restricted by huge thick blue fencing bars. Unnecessarily large and obtrusive, and far enough from the edge that it’s impossible to get a view down the falls even if you hold a camera through the railings.
If you’re coming just to see a cool waterfall then I wouldn’t bother unless you’re already in the area. Maybe during monsoon season it would be more impressive

Locally known as Patale Chhango which means underground falls
Devi's waterfall is a must-visit when in Nepal. Witness the grandeur of nature as you see this colossal fall struggling with rocks to set itself free.
Davis Fall in Pokhara is an extraordinary waterfall which creates a 500 feet long underground tunnel as it reaches its bottom..
underground waterfall." Fed by Phewa Lake Dam, the waterfall is surrounded by abundant flora. A landmark of Pokhara..

Our small group tour had made a quick stop at the Devil's Falls in Pokhara - a small tourist attraction area. There is not much here other than to see a small waterfall in a small gorge area - OK to see what it looks like, but in my opinion it was not very impressive.

Interesting and worth a look but wouldn’t make a special trip to see this. Could be difficult walking for elderly and those with a disability
