We are the local business engaged in Handicraft Industry, producing and supplying the local product to the local and international market through the medium of our store in Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal and online store. Through our products we are preserving and globalizing our culture. Since 2003-04,Gorkha Zone Khukuri House has been producing a premium handcrafted Gurkha khukuri(kukri) knives which is famous for its distinct inwardly curved shape knife and the soldier behind this weapon, Gurkha. We are the official suppliers to the Gurkha forces in England, India, Afghanistan, Iraq, Brunei, Singapore; Nepal Army, Nepal Police and foreign diplomats, US army & marines. We were occasionally supplying khukuries to the Chinese Delegates, Pakistan, USA and European Embassies, Travel companies, Manpower Companies, Security Companies and National Banks as well. Gorkha Zone Khukuri House is registered under company registration act of Government of Nepal. We are also registered in Department of Commerce and member of federation of Handicraft Association of Nepal. We deal with our local resources like men, material, money to produce our product. In relation to the men we have employed the Kami's (black smith), who are the born khukuri knife maker to produce a Gurkha khukuri Knives. Mostly Carbon-steel Rc-5160, Nepali Glue (laha), Rose wood, Buffalo Hide, yak Hide, Buffalo Horn, Yak Horn, Pine wood, Brass pins, coal are the material used. We use a local bank for transactions. Since our store is central hub for collection of various Knives and khukuris; We provide employment to local people who make Knives and khukuris, and marketise their products to global market. So these platforms for globalization of local market products has become greater importance to our society and market. Each and every sell of our product has not only generated income but also created employment opportunities in the society. We are a manufacturer and exporter of premium Handcrafted Gurkha Khukuri (Kukri) knives from Nepal . The Kami, who has been making Gurkha khukuri Knives to Gurkhas, King and Soldier of Nepal since 16th century are the ones making khukuri knives for us, so that we can preserve, globalize our culture by showing our bravery, honesty and determination for our family and country. our customers for nearly a decade. We believe in quality product and service with 100% customer satisfaction. As all of our Khukuries are made by hand using a high grade carbon steel as raw materials, they are very strong and with 100% performance. Since due to popularity of our products we have been manufacturing swords, knives and daggers as well and we also take order from the customer and fulfill their product as per their customization. My boyfriend wanted a Khukuri from Nepal. I didn't have much idea about Khukuris and Mr. Suman there helped me and suggested a great piece that fit my requirements. My boyfriend was very happy with the piece.

Ghurka Zone Khukri House is the 1st place i would Love to visit first. 👍From what i have been learning of knives there is no better hand made knives then the true Khukri from real Master Kumis.

My husband bought an authentic & traditional khukuri from the shop. The guy was really helpful and understood the need of my husband's request and he was able to bought the khukuri that he needed. Excellent staff and service. Keep up the great work.
