We did the 3 hour walk which was very informative and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this as we saw things that we wouldn't have found by ourselves. Our guide was very informative and helpful.

Pratik was a great guide - informative and easy to keep up with. The tour starts with a rickshaw ride, then yummy samosas, then a walk around temples, markets and back streets. Being solo this was a safe way to venture out.

I initially booked the night walk and it was so good I booked the day walk for the following day. It was just me on both walks and the guide Prasant made a real effort to make sure there wasn't too much repetition, even changing the route slightly on the day walk. Prasant is a great guy, very friendly and... More

Pratik was a good guide and we were able to see parts of Kathmandu that we wouldn't have found or walked through on our own.

Did the 1,5h walk alone with Prashant and it was lovely. He is extremely knowledgable about Hinduism, the gods, temples and other POI around Kathmandu. It started raining but it was fine. Well worth it.

I really enjoyed the tour, the 3 hour City Walk. I learnt a lot about the city, about Hinduist and Buddhist temples and gods, about history and daily life. The guide was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. And you help a local not-for-profit organisation that works with street childen in Kathmandu.

What an incredible experience. I did the Night Market Walk. From the first moment at the gates of the KGH, our guide, Prashant, was friendly, knowledgable and passionate about Kathmandu and the secrets he was able to share with us... Such as the BEST samosas in Nepal (I felt very lucky to be there, especially as it was clearly a... More

Prashant introduced us to do many interesting facts about everyday life in Kathmadu. We loved the samosas, our first rickshaw ride and an insightful tour of the local markets and temples along the way. We would never had attempted navigating the small pathways to discover beautiful courtyards and temples behind them. Thank you for a great tour!!! Highly recommend!!!

Great intro to the city. I recommend this as an orientation to the city and then you can wander on your own later. The context of the history and religions give the place so much more depth. And Prashant was the best! He was able to answer all my questions about the current state of affairs of Nepal and his... More
