We walked from Boudha stupa - took about half an hour. Bit hilly at the end but the monastery and grounds are beautiful. No entrance fee charged, you just sign in at the gate. There is a cafe onsite.

This is the most beautiful and peaceful place in whole Kathmandu. The monastery is so beautiful and close to mother nature. This is the right place to learn about Buddhism.
