An awesome market for real Zambian curios and treats. Everything to take home to family and friends. Beautiful crystals, copper/brass jewellery, wooden crafts, woven baskets and much more. Some amazing locally made outfits using traditional wax print fabric. Very good prices too but make sure...More

Great place to buy local craft items often from the artist themselves . Relatively cheap and the traders are open to negotiation . Worth getting there early as the traders are very excited about their first customers and will offer good deals .

Fun. Great place to get curios. Be prepared to barter. Just be aware some items made with markers and colored with shoe polish. This seems to be common here.

Good selection of curios/souvenirs and gifts from Zambia and DRC. Very pricey and for tourists in a hurry. If you have more time, look for cheaper tourist curios elsewhere. The positive is that you can buy all your gifts to take home in one location.

I've been here twice bringing some friends visiting Zambia and they have enjoyed seeing many ethnic and creative things. It's a bit busy place but you'll surely find something that you can bring back as a souvenir. The prices are also worthy for the quality...More

Love the atmosphere!! I was super excited with the many different items for sale. And just the creativity, it’s gone up in levels. Well done Zambia!

I am not quite sure what your question is. Have they started construction work since I was there in November 2016?
