While stopping over in Windhoek we visited the Christuskirche. The clock was on time and the stained glass windows absolutely magnificent. Just a pity that there were no recordings of the organ or a decent booklet.

The church is hard to miss as it's right in the middle of Windhoek , close to CBD & other places of interest. Considering the age of the church it's in immaculate condition and still functional . Certainly good for a picture and a short...More

It's a cute church, but that's there is to it. It's small so doesn't take much time at all to visit. Nothing compared to the visit-worthy attractions in many other cities.

There also a restaurant on the top floor of the museum, just opposite the church. The view from the restaurant is great.

You can visit the church free of charge, but a donation is appreciated.
