A visit to this central market is well worth it. You can get really good bargains on bags, souvenirs, nuts, fresh produce and even hair. There's a little not of everything for everyone. I'd recommend about 2 hours for the trip.

We were a small group on a guided tour of Maputo that gave a great overview of the city and people. The food, fruit, vegetables and fish were all extremely fresh. I would buy food here.
