Sunday 21 May 2017 I took my wife to the Caudan Waterfront for a bread Festival which I attended on the eve. Unfortunately when I reached there on Sunday morning, I was told the Festival is over. So to enjoy a Sunday morning, me and my wife took a walk along the waterfront- I have not done this for almost... More

If you are booking a guided north tour from some agency, they are definitely going to take you here to have lunch and look around. This place is very clean, gives positive vibe and is somewhat quiet during weekdays. Over here, you can definitely get some beautiful photo clicks (especially at Umbrella Street) and have your lunch as a lot... More

If you do a loop..... port to the musuem, to the market then back to port, then this would be a good 2/3 hour itinerary to do.

This is nothing but a major shopping mall with food courts and casino. Nothing much to do around here. Just roam around, take few snaps and thats it.

Our taxi dropped us here. Worth a wander around the shops. We found a much needed pharmacy here and helpful member of staff. Lovely shops. Expensive shopping area but worth visiting.

Seriously every time I have been here I feel like I have wasted part of my holiday. All the shops are irrelevant and the prices are ridiculous. The food places are gross and reflect nothing on Mauritius. It's a tourist area that is trying too hard. Just park your car there and go to Port Louis - it's a waste... More
