It is one of the wonders of Tripoli, this arch is magnificent, and with the explanations of an excellent guide it still shines more. I visited it in the morning and then at sunset to see the different lights. a marvel.

very nice place to visit about 120 KM from Tripoli huge city with museum you need 3 hours to see the hall city

Back in 2010/11 we would often walk to the arch which is right next to the Medina. There was a large old turtle tied off to the side of the arch. Roman ruins in Libya rival any in the world.
