Worth the effort to get there. It is amazing to see so many ship wrecks in one place! We climbed onto a few, but be careful when doing so. It could be dangerous.

This beach is quite isolated. We were robbed on this beach (with a machete). My advice is to stay only for long enough to take some photos and some quick exploring, and then leave. A longer stay (as we did) might invite opportunistic thieves to...More

This place is a photographer, poet, or painter's dream. The brilliant water lashes against the ship carcasses, invoking a sense of awe and wonder regarding the story of each one. It is far away from the city but not so much that you have to...More

It's very interesting to see, but it's definitely more a Ship Junkyard, nevertheless, the appropriate entities should turn this in an outdoor museum.

Great place to visit but difficult to get to. Very nice beach. Shipwrecks are right on the beach. I did get hassled by the police and paid a fee to take pictures.

Ship's Cemetery (Graveyard) - Interesting only if you have not been to one. There is nothing more there except rotting ships everywhere.

It's a bit of a find to get the right road, and there is not much happening, but once you arrive after hectically getting out of cacuaco and risking the sand and dirt roads it's quite a special sight to see the ruined shipwrecks. It's...More
