Our family of 7 enjoyed our experience with Intondolo Safari and Tours. The transfers from the airport and around town were flawless. We were in contact with our Guide Trevor at all times during our tours to Victoria Falls, River Cruise to see hippos, Chobe Safari and River Safari (Botswana), Hwange Bush/Matopo Tours, a cultural visit to a local village/school and family dinner. Our guide was very helpful in finding us ATM, grocery store stops (2 picky kid eaters), bathroom stops and provided information that was kid friendly and also interested the adults. Nkue made sure our kids saw cheetahs and rhinos which were on their wish list. The lodging and restaurants were very good. It seemed that Intondolo Tours, Nkue and Trevor know everyone in Zimbabwe and all worked well together to make our trip very successful.
We also used Intondolo Tours to book our trip to Namibia. This was a more physical trek and not for the wimpy. Well worth the effort if you want to see more cave paintings, dessert animals, and make ocean discoveries. Our Guide, More Blessing, took excellent care of us throughout this trip. We appreciate the time and effort that went into planning and executing our trip!
We also used Intondolo Tours to book our trip to Namibia. This was a more physical trek and not for the wimpy. Well worth the effort if you want to see more cave paintings, dessert animals, and make ocean discoveries. Our Guide, More Blessing, took excellent care of us throughout this trip. We appreciate the time and effort that went into planning and executing our trip!

An amazing way to see the Falls! I chose Intolodo tours and had Tech as a guide, who is amazing and really passionate, and taught me all about the history too. Could not recommend him enough!

I did the guided tour with Trevor. He was an excellent guide. I was quite worried as there was no reminder email. Nonetheless, Trevor came on time to pick me up from the hotel. Then he briefed me on the things I need to bring as I will get wet from the waters of the waterfall. He then explained clearly about the different types of fall. As the people without the guide walked the conventional route, Trevor is experienced to bring me to an alternate route so that I will avoid the traffic and have more opportunities to take great pictures. In the end, my friends were all awed as I posted the photos on instagram. He is also knowledgable with the african wildlife as he worked in a national park before. So I learn about the animals in the rainforest there. Finally, he explained clearly about the geography of Zimbabwe and Zambia as well the history behind it. I highly recommend him as the guide. Thank you Gideon for taking part in our tour most grateful you enjoyed the tour out there. Very soon we are introducing reminder tickets to be dropped at your hotel room a night before an activity booked as many travelers seem to have no time or access to emails sent once they start travelling.

From the moment we landed our tour guide Nku was waiting for us at the airport. He was always on time and very knowledgeable and showed us a wonderful time. I have never been so looked after and comfortable in a unfamiliar area. I would highly recommend.

What a stressful and terrible experience. We scheduled a tour with this company and on our tour date the tour guide requested a change of the date of our tour we agreed. The tour operator also indicated that they would pick us up on the new date at 7 am and that we would receive a confirmation of the new time via email and trip advisor. We never received one. So on the new date our family was waiting at 7 am. By 7:40 no tour had come to pick us up. I reached out to the tour company on two different numbers. Called each number with no answer, messaged both numbers and through trip advisor with no response. After failing to hear back I requested a refund through Trip Advisor, and booked a similar tour with another company. When the tour operator got the refund request he sent over a company guide to our hotel and the tried to DEMAND $80 per person more money and claimed we requested an upgraded tour and tried to force us to go with them. After explaining that they were late and we had already booked a new tour, the owner promised a refund and sent the guide away. However, the tour guide then began to harass both me and my accommodations via WhatsApp, and now has refused to refund the money paid as a term of conditions when it was him who didn’t adhere to them. Both he and the guide Bryn made my family feel incredibly unsafe and we are happy that we were able to figure out a dangerous situation prior to departing. Very concerning when traveling with a family to be met with these circumstances. Hopefully, the business owner will do the right thing and refund us as we did not go on the tour. However, safety is our priority and we hope to share our experience with others to avoid any company who operates in such a dangerous and unpredictable manner.

Cancellation policy is always ,one can not to be unfair because we could not refund a late cancellation and threaten our business by going bad on reviews. True and faithful travellers will get value for money experience as our priority is to give best everyday on all tours. A lot is highly exaggerated on content simple because we did not allow a refund for late cancellation at pick up time and did not want to pay for a new opted slot on discounted rates as we will do to fair customers. Thank you for booking with us and please note , cancellation policy is flexible to 24 hours before travel date not at point of pickup.

A "Must Do" It is a pity that not too many people are aware of this trip Reception at the station was courteous and classy and included free drinks and a light meal. The driver of the tram went out of his way to point out a herd of elephants along the track and stopped for us to view and photograph the herd, Stopping on the bridge, we were met by a lovely lady who showed us the dividing line betweern Zambia and Zimbabwe, and other elements regarding the falls, spent time with us watching the bungee jumping and then escorted us to a small lecture room where we enjoyed a splendid dramatization of the building of the bridge and problems surrounding it. After this, at a special viewpoint we were served with more snacks and drinks before taking the tram back to Victoria Falls station. It is quite unbelievable that at least 8 people were involved in this tour while we were only 1 couple on this trip.

Thank you ,the tram gives all best to the bridge ,the view and relaxed afternoon , a vintage way of touching base with bridge construction notes and its influence to the growth of the township to what it is today ,meeting those elephànts spiced the trip so beautifully.

I manage to get their transfer service from the airport to the hotel that I'd booked. It was a bit complicated at the beginning since no one was waiting for me at the airport terminal during arrival. However, if you talk to the other operator agent who are waiting for their client, a phone call to your agent by them is good enough for them to serve you well.

We did two tours with this company. One was the guided tour of Victoria falls with Nkue which was faultless. We booked this tour online with Viator. It was just as promised with the pick up and drop on time, the mineral water, the guided informative tour of the falls, Livingstone statue, the Victoria falls bridge,the stop to visit the famous Boabab tree and the supermarket stop on our request as we needed to pick up some groceries.
Based on this wonderful experience and my kids interest we booked the Chobe day trip. We had not preplanned the Chobe trip from home hence we didn’t have our Botswana visas. But Nkue was confident that it would not be a problem and we would get one at the border as it was only a day trip and not an overnight one. We confirmed this part multiple times even the next day morning before leaving but we were told it’s not an issue. We made the long journey to the border and back wasting half a day till noon only to be told that we can’t go onward without a valid visa from back home. This really upset my family as they were really looking forward to the Chobe trip. As a tour operator he should be well aware of which nationalities need a visa from before and who are eligible for visa on arrival and other such formalities.
We were really anxious as to what would happen now as we had already prepaid the money the day before and if we would be refunded as the amount was huge. We were to leave Zimbabwe next day and didn’t know what we would do if he refused to refund the full amount. But on meeting him in person he seemed to be genuinely sorry for the inconvenience and the lost time so he asked us if he could make up for it by offering another tour in return. We had already done all tours of our liking except the helicopter tour of the falls. Nkue agreed to have one person go on the helicopter ride for free as a compensation for the inconvenience caused which we accepted. The helicopter ride was enjoyed thoroughly by my husband which included pick up and drop. This is apart from the full refund made by him for the Chobe tour which we couldn’t go for unfortunately, which was a major relief.
Thank you Nkue for the wonderful time at the falls and the compensatory helicopter ride. Only request would be to check the visa formalities adequately so that no tourist would be inconvenienced again.
Another small compensation was the animals we saw on the way to the Botswana border and back, which in no way compares to the Chobe experience though.
I really appreciate your honesty and the fact that you didn’t harass us for the refund for the Chobe trip. Will definitely book with you again in future whenever we return back to Victoria falls.

We have since then employed some measures to get all strict and accurate information from the Regional management of Immigration.
The fault was never deliberately after info acquired , which was Indians can have entry on day visit not over night stay. Hence we so it necessary to address the refund without any compromise.
Thank you for all the appreciation and understanding the challenge we had too.

We booked the airport transfer with Nkue (Itondolo) and he welcomed us on a hot day at the airport with ice cold towels to refresh us and cool bottled water. He made our getting settled in Victoria Falls very easy after a long flight. He then picked us up at our preferred time to return. He also gave us tips on the way to get us oriented. Highly recommended!

We chose Intondolo as they came highly recommended and were chosen by my brother (a high end travel agent) as a good company to help us with our Victoria Falls tours. Nkue (the owner) was very easy to communicate with and kept me posted of all details and any potential changes. Our guides Trevor (Zimbabwe side) and Bryan (Zambia side) were very knowledgeable and informative. They knew how to navigate the immigration process which saved us time and hassles. Victoria Falls is an amazing place and seeing it from both the Zimbabwe and Zambia sides was most worthwhile. The arranged tours on the helicopter and the sunset dinner cruise along the Zambezi river were also wonderful. The Intondolo reps also took us back and forth to the airport and were always on time. Using Intondolo cut out any ambiguity and helped us totally enjoy the Victoria Falls experience. I would recommend Intondolo as an excellent tour service company.

Hi Traveler - Some Things To Know
Some traveling tips
When traveling with kids less 11 years and below ,please carry their Birth Certificates always when crossing immigration processes.
Bring atleast some petty hard cash , banks and ATMS do not have much of cash in circulation for now.
Always purchase a KAZA visa or a Double entry Visa when booked for Chobe Safari trips.
