We booked our tanzania section of our holiday with Asilia. Our guide "Stanford" was fantastic for the 6 days he looked after us. The serengeti plains were one of the highlights of our safari. The number of wildebeast and zebra both with their young was...More

Overall an excellent experience, both during the planning stage (thanks to Godfrey and Paul at Youth Adventures in Moshi), and during the actual safari led by our very knowledgeable guide, Ben, and accompanied by our excellent cook, Habibu. We also visited Tarangire and Ngorongoro over...More

The most vast grasslands I've ever seen (and I grew up on the plaines of the Midwest!). Miles and miles of open grasslands and a plethora of wildlife. The scenery is so beautiful and natural. The great migration was just ending but we still saw...More

The landscape and scenery are beautiful and of great variety. We saw all kinds of animals and got some great pictures. I don't know how you can go wrong visiting this area.

We just finished a 9 day safari in Tanzania with African Scenic. It was a private tour, just myself and my fiancee. First the good: Amanda's pre-booking communications were excellent, we wired the money and it was received without problems, we saw all the animals...More

In Seronera we tallied up our total big 5 viewings to 4 out of the 5, only missing the rhino, which we were fortunate enough to see in Ngorongoro crater. But we sure did see a lot of cats! There was great diversity between the...More

the campsite was rather basic but a good experience. There is nothing quite like sleeping out on the African plain listening to lions roar and the elephants bellow. The campsite was visited by Hyenas a night who were hunting for scraps and came within a...More

We were with Africa Dreams Safari. Their service was exemplary. We went in the last of March--- off season with very few tourists and excellent weather. We would do it again in a heartbeat!
