met a guide and he gave us a tour of the city , his english was excellent and we enjoyed his company there was 4 of us so he charged 10e ahead which was brilliant value .

the mosque is usually not clean, full of beggars outside, it smells some times, and I never recommend going there for Friday prayers.

A very pretty mosque. The architecture is very impressive indeed. If you are in the area then it is definitely worth a visit. As with (almost) all mosques in Morocco, officially it is for Muslims only. Which does seem strange as Mosques - like Churches...More
