En Par with Loire!

I have stayed in multiple Relais & Chateau establishments because you know exactly what you will get - excellent service and luxury that is synonymous with the brand. We visited Chateau Roslane in the Meknes region because we wanted to experience the famed wines of Morocco. Our guide, Yosef from Moroccan Highlight Tours suggested Chateau Roslane. It was off the beaten path, two hours from Fez in wine country. What a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle of Fez! The food was spectacular, the indoor dining room is modern and beautiful. The outdoor space had views of the vines and a sparkling pool! The Chateau has tours of the property where the wine is made. Try the wine flight, you won’t be disappointed. We learned the wine is sold in the US under the label Dune, so we’ll stock up when we get home! If you visit, don’t miss the experience of a hammam in the spa, you’ll come away polished and renewed. We came to celebrate mom’s 91 birthday, and our guide Yosef, together with General Manager, Samira Benarabe had a special cake made for mom, and Yassine Khallou, from Guest Services and the wait staff presented it and sang Happy Birthday! They took care of every detail and it couldn’t have been a better way to celebrate! The service was excellent and mom said she felt as though we were with family and friends!

Wonderful visit

We loved our visit to this winery and restaurant. We particularly loved our tour guide Choula (not spelling that correctly in English). She made the visit extra special so be sure to ask for her.

Wine tasting, lunch & Spa treatment
Oct. 2019 • Couples
On our trip to Fez we decided to visit this place after reading about it online, and tasting it's delicious wine in A restaurant of Chefchaouen. And what a day it was. Booking our visit was not easy, as they did not receive word of our call a couple of days prior... But then, we were already at the gate, so they let us in. Make sure you call in advance, note the name of the person you spoke to, and differentiate what you want (wine tasting, visit of the cellars, restaurant, hotel or Spa).
We ended up buying a couple of bottles, having a massage and lunch. Although expensive ($$$$) , it was totally worth it.

Extraordinary Find & Must Do!!!
Jun. 2019 • Friends
Chateau Roslane is a must do while in Morocco. I stayed in Fez (1.5hrs away), but was determined to visit a vineyard while here and all recommendations directed us to Chateau Roslane.

Reservations are a must and done via email. They will not let you onto the grounds without a reservation but please do NOT let this discourage you. This was one of the highlights of our trip.

I came with a group of 7 friends for lunch and wine tasting. The hotel and grounds were GORGEOUS. We were greeted by Chef Ainel and the staff at Chateau Roslane. We were treated like VIP's and felt welcomed during the entire afternoon. Our menu options and wine pairings were confirmed by Chef Ainel and shortly after, delectable masterpieces continued to arrive on our plates. Each course was heavenly and paired with the perfect glass of wine. They also had an excellent champagne that we enjoyed. The dessert was an explosion of deliciousness to help conclude the afternoon.

You can purchase any bottle of wine paired with your meal, which I would strongly suggest. The herb garden and tour of the vineyard is also recommended. Chateau Roslane is definitely a 5+⭐ vineyard with exceptional staff. I really wish I was able to teleport Chef Ainel back home with me and then back to Chateau Roslane. His divine culinary expertise definitely made Chateau Roslane stand above any other vineyard I have experienced. Already planning another trip back.

Yes! Morocco is a WINE PRODUCING country and Chateau Roslane, an award-winning winery

Chateau Roslane Boutique Hotel and Spa

What a surprise to find this elegant hotel/restaurant tucked away in the Moroccan countryside—in Morocco’s loveliest agricultural area..not far from the Roman ruins of Volubilis. The only thing I would change about having lunch at Chateau Roslane, is to move it closer to Meknes. Since it is usually a day trip for visitors to Meknes, the most underrated of Imperial Cities, the 75 mn drive from town can prove a little long. but do not miss the experience. I first went to Chateau Roslane/Coteaux de l’Atlas Winery (part of Morocco’s largest and award- winning Celliers de Meknes) about 15 years ago, when the winery was in its infancy. It is now an elegant spa/restaurant featuring updated Moroccan cuisine. I recently planned a lunch at this venue: delicious food, first class service (pricey, but worth it.) Visit their website because advance reservations are a must...

Best winery visit EVER.
Jul. 2018 • Couples
We have visited wineries in Napa, France, Spain, New York, Italy and now Morocco. Chatheau Roslane gave us the most personal and gracious welcome we have ever received. We showed up with NO advance warning and NO reservation. After a brief discussion with the guards at the front gate Their Food and Beverage Manager welcomed us personally, gave us a quick introduction to the winery and opened up their new restaurant for me and my wife. The meal was delicious accompanied by a Chateau Rose ( and a coke for me as I don’t drink ). I had duck which is from a farm nearby and my wife had swordfish. To start the luncheon we shared a salad from the Chateaus own garden picked that morning. We had an opportunity to be introduced to one of the owners of the Chateau and his family who came in for their lunch and he also welcomed us to their beautiful new hotel and restaurant that just opened in April. He invited us to tour their wine cellars which we did after lunch again with the Food and Beverage Manager.

After lunch and the tour and lunch we headed for Fez realizing how hard it would ever be to duplicate our day.
