Wider streets than Fes, but not so interesting- less activity, fewer shops, can be skipped if you have been to Fes. Some Berber shops- bargaining is the key!

Friday Night at the Meknès Medina Market under the full moon was an experience of a life - in just a few hours, all of my senses were awakened and heightened - unforgettable!

Narrow streets lots of people, that's the Meknes Medina. It is quite interesting to take a walk there.

Not much really to look at. We went into the food market and also a goods market. Mostly the goods market was tourist junk. So I wouldn’t make a big effort if you don’t have the time.

I stoped my car at parking and walked on my feet, wander around, watch faces and shops, and get to know the sights of the area.

Similar to all Medina’s, this square comes alive in the evenings with places to eat and entertainment of varying degrees

Yes I only spent half a day there and then went to Volubilis which is also worth doing. If you have a car it only needs an hour or so to visit.
