Take a taxi. It is not an expensive ride. Just make sure they take you to the right location. My driver took me to their old location which is no longer a cooking school. Fortunately they then drove me to the right location.

The Amal Centre is in the Gite area. We were able to walk, about 10 minutes, from our hotel in the Gite. A taxi from the Medina to our hotel cost 30 or 40 dirhams.
