The ground floor shops were no different than in the main souks. The first floor was mainly closed due to the holidays. We did notice the merchants were more polite and less aggressive than in the main souks though. The best part is the rooftop...More

There are a few interesting stores in the Cherifia and one feels less watched and hassled than in the souks. Worth checking out. Salespeople are friendly and less pushy.

A small section of souks around Le Jardin Secret, where you can go around with less pressure, where sellers are way less pushy than in the main souks and where you can find better quality and some unique findings.

A short tour though the souk will show you a different type of pieces, particularly clothing and bags, designed by local and foreign creators.

Not sure how opening hours will change if at all. Normally business would open a bit later and close earlier. So to be on the safe side, go late morning :) Veronica
