We were looking for something a little bit different away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech and we certainly found it here. Great day out, learning how to make the traditional Moroccan bread and a delicious lamb tagine. Of course, Michel is as mad as 'une boîte de grenouilles' with his impromptu music and terrible jokes, but that's what... More

My husband was ill and could not join me for this much anticipated cooking experience in Morocco outside of Marrakech. Their van promptly picked me up at the arranged spot, delivered me to the front door and took me back afterward. Michel and his lovely wife were so welcoming and friendly that I didn't mind a solo class. The food... More

We had a great day at this farm outside of the city of Marrakech. Michel is a very funny and knowledgeable man, you will learn a lot while giggling at all his jokes. You get a real hand-on experience here and get to eat what you have prepared yourself. Unlike some other courses where you either prepare a part of... More

Really lovely learning environment! The house and garden are really beautiful and were a perfect break from the busy days in the Medina. We learned a lot, and today I tried to make Msemen at home - they turned out really good!

We enjoyed our day here so much. Really informative and fun. The people were so nice and the surroundings were gorgeous. Really relaxed atmosphere too. The food we made would have been lovely, but I didn't like one of the ingredients and I couldn't eat my tagine. I felt so rude for leaving it. In hindsight I could have not... More

We had a great day from when Michel picked us up in the center of Marrakech until he dropped us off again. We had actually been booked in by a friend, and had no idea what we had been booked for! Michel was on time at the rendezvous and we had a very interesting and informative trip out to the... More

I had a beautiful day in this beautiful, clean and colorful farm, learning so much more about this country and its tradition. Relaxed and fun atmosphere for the whole day. The day flew away while we all learned something new about spices and making of Moroccan food.

We were picked up from our Riad in the centre of Marrakech and taken to the farm where we joined a group of about 10 people. During the day we learned about spices and cooked a couscous dish as well as some crepes. The hosts were very friendly and entertaining and then day ran like clockwork. They even emailed us... More

The communication from Faim d'Epices was great. Booking was very easy and the main dishes for each day of the week are posted on their website. We made a tagine of chicken with red olives, along with bread and a pancake for dessert. We also watched the chef Ilham make some Moroccan salads to go with our meal. Everything was... More
