Take a leisurely stroll through the market to find unending surprises - beautiful hand-crafted goods, carpets, pottery, jewelry, clothing, and more. Be prepared to haggle and say "no" if you have to. Vendors can be a little aggressive, "Nice Lady - good price!" But you're...More

This shopping area is wonderfully fun and felt very safe for four female shoppers. Our driver dropped us off and we quickly spent two hours wandering through the area. This is more tourist items than normal shopping for families although many Moroccans were shopping or...More

After a long overnight flight, we were not up to too much activity. An afternoon in the "quartier habbous" is the perfect place. Clean, quiet but with definitely a taste of Morocco. Narrow streets selling all types of goods, sidewalk cafes and nice restaurants. Very...More

A beautiful area of Casablanca. Quiet, clean with many sidewalk cafes and narrow streets with small shops selling Maroccan goods. We spent a few hours here including a great lunch

Having just come from Marrakech this was a disappointment. No buzz or vibe and not even very pretty. Sorry but not the best one to go to. Save yourself for Fez or Marrakech

This place is okay, it is overpriced and for no reason bcos quality is the same. There is not one aspect of visiting habous that I can point out to say it was amazing or good. It is a part of casablanca, we enjoyed experiencing...More

Sorry but I've only ever gone to Habous during the daytime. I'm assuming it is the same as the Medina though and things start closing around 8 or 9.
