It does not seem to be on the junction Blvd Victor Hugo and Rue due Rome. Even a water seller on the junction did not know where it was? We went East and North to no avail.

We walked this area in the evening and found many interesting buildings, worth to take a walk over there. You can take cup of coffee in local cafe.

After visiting Marrakesh, Chefchaouen, and Fes, I did a short tour of Casablanca because my flight departed from there the following day. Most travelers say to skip Casa, and they are right. It seemed dirty and urban without character.

New Medina of Casablanca I really enjoyed. Different from old Medina. Liked the Art Deco and French influence. If you have time worth a look. Hint : camera, suitable clothing and footwear, water , take your time

Clearly dating from the time of the French on the way to the old Medina (well worth a visit) you pass by several iconic buildings which if you have a love of different architecture are well worth Photographing.

Casablanca is crown of Art Deco Movement in Architecture from the 30s to 50s. the New Medina is an open museum and the childhood of Casa.

A new Medina - but not too new with some ok-decoration shops and restaurants. Easy to find the roads and like always - very crowded.
