I walked along the new marina area out to the mosque one morning. Was a good way to spend the morning while getting in a decent walk. Depending on where you staying is a good way to spend 1.5hours

The Hassan 11Mosque is in the most beautiful setting but unfortunately a lot of the areas were cordoned off so we could only view parts of the front.

One of only two mosques in Morocco that will allow entrance to non-Muslims. The exterior is beautiful (we weren't willing to pay the rather high price for the obligatory tour...). A quiet experience in a busy city.

As there are not man mosques you can visit as non-Muslim I was happy to get the opportunity to visit this amazing mosque. It is a beautiful building, you can visit by taking a one hour tour and it is worth it!

The scale, design, art, architecture are amazing. Brilliant guided tour - you have to be guided and the tours start from the museum where you buy the tickets. The tours take place between the times of prayers. This is probably the only reason to visit...More

If you do a quick search on an online map, you can see where Hassan II Mosque is, right on the shoreline. I expect your port is just to the East, a walkable distance or easy cab ride. We got our tickets when we arrived and... More
