I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Chamsi. Everything from the buying of ingredients, preparing and cooking of the food to the eating, was fabulous. Wonderful to spend time with, and learn from, such a warm person. The Couscous Royale and Dessert were both delicious.

We had a great time! The host was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The cooking was very hands on and fun. The market tour was very entertaining, meeting locals and tasting fresh foods. I would highly recommend this tour.
