Worth the trip up for the view alone of the whole bay and harbour. Very touristy with jewellery and knick knacks and camel rides. Because it is a scene of great catastrophy in living memory it is a sombre reminder of a once busy living...More

We arrived in Agadir for one day on board a cruise liner. We had an escorted coach trip ashore to a number of popular tourist destinations. Our first stop, after a slightly nerve-wracking coach journey up a very steep and winding road, was at Agadir...More

The view of Agadir from above is simply superlative. Camels, horses come here for the Tourists! Careful, you may be asked to pay for pictures, if you are invited to sit on that camel. It’s so worth to go up for that magnificent view

I think one can walk back but quite a long walk .I wouldn't chance it as road poorly lit and not very even surface . We went by coach and the place is quite high up .
