I had low expectations after reading some of the reviews and am so glad that I took the drive out to see it for myself. Yes, it’s a relatively small area with little to actually do but take in the scenery and enjoy the moment....More

it's full of natural local plants and trees on the trail. It can be used as a quick stop and short walk for changing the pace. It is more like a wayside scenic park. Only takes a half hour to complete the whole trail.

When we came here, they were renovating, so a lot of trails were closed. Locals and tourists come to swim in the river, with their floaties. It was great to see the mountains, green nature, there were clear signs of where to go on the...More

Went here when it was raining slightly. The mist gave the area a great aura! They have walkways and areas for vistas.

Coming here was a last minute decision that I am so happy we made! There is parking for $5 close to the entrance. The parking lot was full so we exited the lot and parked outside on the road for free. They offer bathrooms here,...More

I am sure there are tours from the cruise ship to Iao. If not then you would need to either rent a car or take a taxi. Not aware of any public transport bus that goes into Iao Valley.
