This was such a fun hike to a private beach on the coast. It took about 2 hours to hike in. Better for adults. I wouldn't have wanted to take my kids on that hike. It would have taken forever!! There were a lot of...More

I was reluctant to do this hike but I realized that I could just do the first 2 miles and then go on to the waterfall if I felt I could. We actually choose a cool day in November to do it but it was...More

There are several variations on this hike. We did the 4-mile round trip from Ke’e Beach to Hanakapi’ai Beach. It is a beautiful, and at some times strenuous hike. It is also a popular hike, but not overly crowded. The trail is rock in places,...More

This was so much fun! A great workout with a refreshing swim under the falls. Not for the faint at heart, there is a bit of an elevation and crossing the rivers a few times.

Prepare for a lot of fellow hikers on this trek - parking your car can be a bit tricky. First half mile incline rewards you with a tremendous view of the coast. Then continue on for up to 4 more miles - turn around when...More

We (my wife, 14 year old daughter,12 year old son & myself) began our day in Poipu at 5:45am. We drove to Hanalei Bay and the morning "rush hour" and single lane highway slowed us down through all the little towns along the way. We...More

The trail is about two miles from Ke'e Beach to Hanakapi'ai Beach (four miles round trip), all of it along the Na Pali Coast. There are some challenging sections and the trail can be slippery and muddy in spots, but we noticed plenty of children...More

We'd love to go back & hike the full 11 miles & camp - but we only did the first mile or so. Lots of uphill to kick things off - but great views not too far into the hike. Muddy & rocky. Parking was...More

You can definitely give a try and turn back at any time if required. There are some good lookout points at .25 and .5 miles. I would suggest you choose a good sunny day for the hike. Also, note that the trail would be a... More
