Museum docents in character entertained our 4 year old as well as being informative to us adults. Beautiful works of art and very tastefully displayed. Family friendly art though some nude statues. Very friendly staff.

Beautiful building with an art gallery that extends over the past 200 years. While relatively small, it provides a good insight into southern art. Two areas are reserved for rotating art. Go on a Sunday when it is free!

The Morris museum displays southern artist or art with a southern theme. It is a very nice facility and the art is good, although I didn't see any really big name artists.

The Morris has a wonderful and Internationally known collection of Southern Art from 1700's through today. Art is well displayed and grouped into various themes. The current special exhibit of Michaelopolis" New Orleans based paintings is fun. Great size too so you don't get art...More

I love to stroll around this museum on Sundays with my guy. It's a nice place to go where it's quiet. Much of the art is outstanding! Nice little gift shop, too.

This is one of those places that I always makes me feel better. I've been going here since I was a little girl. Its paintings still have a mesmerizing impact.

We try to go to museums whenever we travel and this is now near the top of our list...not because it has masterpieces, but because the way that it was laid out, made it perfect viewing of all of artwork...Southern artists, civil war depictions, modern...More

Regina is correct. I went to the Museum on a Sunday, and so it was free. I don't know what the regular rate is.
