We are staying in the Marriott which is next door to the Casa Presidencial. Thought we could get a couple of photos from the outside and so asked one of the military guys that gaurds the building. It's not that the building doesn't look nice, but it is what it is. A government building. The guards won't let you get too close ad there aren't any tours of the inside. The outter walls are tall enough to block most of the view so really just driving by I should get you a quick glance and that's all... More

There's nothing wrong with the Casa P. It's a perfectly nice building. However, it was never meant to be a tourist location and it's still not. There's not much to see on the outside and it's not a good area to walk. The President doesn't even live there, it's just offices. The inside is pretty enough, but doesn't blow you... More

The current president built and tall wall all around the presidencial house so now you can barely see any of it. It is enough to just drive by.
