This is a very nice place to visit in Tegucigalpa w/ wonderful views of the city. But make sure to bring confortable shoes since there is a lot of walking to do with uneven sidewalks and hills.

Lovely park. Great views of the city. The formal gardens are very nice and there is conservation happening as well with replanting and of course lots of birds to see.

This place is the hightess mountain of Tegucigalpa, there is a zoo and a park called United Nations, you can se the City when you are in the top.

Yes, there are, and also other fields and areas are even better for picnics. On weekends you will try to arrive early cause they might get taken. Happy exploring!
