Half Day Experience in Antigua Guatemala - Collective tour

No trip to Guatemala is complete without visiting Antigua, a UNESCO World Heritage-listed city widely considered Guatemala’s crown jewel. This half-day sightseeing tour from Guatemala City makes it possible to visit on even the shortest of time frames—squeeze it into a long layover or make the most of a quick trip without skimping on any of the sights.

Visiting "Paseo Cayalá" was a completely surprising experience for me! It is a mall and, at the same time, a small town, with residential, shopping, eating, lodging and religious facilities! Recently built in the Spanish colonial architectural style, "Paseo Cayalá" is beautiful, modern, cozy and completely safe at all times. Within its premises, a scenic Roman Catholic church devoted to the cult of Virgin Mary - the "Santa María Reina de la Família". You can easily spend the whole day at "Paseo Cayalá" and even be a guest at its hotel facilities. As it is not very central, call a cab for visiting this amazing mall! Enjoy!

Is this the modern centre of Guatemala city. The walkways and architectures are really amazing and beautiful. Many shops for good and luxurious shopping. Lots of restaurants and Cafes with different cuisines. Cayala is a must to visit while spending time in the city, and excellent choice to dine.

This area is far from the city center.I recomend taking uber to the place. This is a place fully opened, like a small town, where you cand find lots of places to eat, shop, go to the movies, have a coffee, etc. There is also entertainment for children.

A novel thing to experience a European style shopping town in Guatemala City! Pretty, clean, they have lots of upmarket shopping and eating options. Pretty quiet though.

I have been to Guatemala city many times, but on this last trip I visited and overnighted at Cayala, this is a great experience where you can relax without any fear of being robbed or badly parked, or pickpockets, this is absolutely a safe place to go and on top of that is a very nice area with lots of restaurants, and adding the night there makes it extra special
