My husband and I were debating on the Caves Branch area for tubing and St. Herman's, and every local we asked (including guides on other activities and restaurant servers) said to do the St. Herman's Cave Tubing. It was thrilling and exciting, and both companies...More

I’m not much into cave tubing but this is a very nice cave with lots of crystal formations and a swift underground river that moves you along fairly quickly. A nice relaxing 2 hour activity.

We did this with the upside down tour company (booked through the sleeping giant lodge). Our tour guide was really informative, and the cave/tubing was great. You take a quick walk through the jungle, and get to see some wildlife along the way. We would...More

We had a relaxing and fun float through the cave. We heard bats, challenged ourselves to float in the dark and learned about the extensive cave system in Belize.

We paid a guide to go in--there's not much to see if you just walk in the cave by yourself. It was intense! We were climbing over rocks, through mud, even used a rope at one point to climb up. The guide was so patient...More

St. Herman's Cave makes a very exciting trip only 15 mins drive from Belmopan! Touring the cave was awesome and taking a cool dip in the nearby inland Blue Hole made a great trip!

We really enjoyed visiting the cave. It's part of the Blue Hole and only $4 for both places. We really enjoyed the hike. The stairs were sketchy but doable even though I'm disabled. There is a rope hand to hang onto about 1/3 of the...More

The St. Herman's cave is a different type of cave experience than the other local caves tours. We booked this activity utilizing guides from Upside Down Tours. Their guides are knowledgeable locals with expansive knowledge of local rainforest, history, and Mayan/Belizean culture. The cave is...More

We went with a tour from Coconut Row Guest House in Hopkins. You can book a tour through them even if you're not staying there, but depending on where you're coming from it may be easier just to go yourself. Depends on if... More
