Went by the building and thought it was a old building with some character to it. I wouldn't go out of my way to see it though.

I went there walking from the Hotel that was at the other side of the mouving bridge and was very dissapointing to find out that it was closed. Tourist information here need some work....

We walked down to Government House (very close the the Cathedral) and unfortunetley it was closed. We were told it is being refurbished. There are guards inside the garden area but they just sat in the hut. The venue looks like an old colonial building....More

We drove by the sight but didn't see much of interest. Maybe we missed out looking inside but didn't have time to stop.

Please check to see if this is open before going there. I think you need to call. You can walk around the grounds, which is interesting, but will take you about 10 minutes.
