Will be in Belize Thuraday, Jan 26th 2017 on the Carnival Dream. I noriced Bacab Eco Park is not showing as an excursion on Carnival's website. Is the park closed at this time?

Yes we will be open and we are on their web page. Scroll down to the bottom of Carnival's opening page and choose "Shore Excursions" then choose either "Browse by destination" or "Browse by activity"
