Glad we came on a weekday, as there were no lines and the Springs were not crowded at all. Do not expect warm water, like some of the other natural springs in Florida; the water here is a cooling 71-72 degrees, and is about chest...More

Such a beautiful place for a day trip from Orlando. The spring and surrounding trails were clean and calm. The spring isn’t too deep and they offer canoeing with alligators which was super fun. I highly recommend it if you want to adventure outside of...More

We visited early on a Sunday in September, and enjoyed a morning walk along the "wet to dry" boardwalk trail, we watched enthusiastic swimmers (we should have brought our suits for this indeed is the park highlight) and talked with the volunteer naturalist as he...More

Definitely not your traditional swimming pool! For $6 you can go and spend the day in a natural spring, rent a kayak, or barbecue with friends. Because it is a natural spring, the water is always a bit colder than your normal Florida pool. Bring...More

For six dollars you gain entry to the park and you can swim in the springs, have a BBQ and rent canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards. 3 kayaks cost about $85 for 2 hours. The paddle back up river is a lot harder than down...More

A wonderful and unique experience seeing the crystal clear springs - very refreshing on a hot summer weekday. Lots of trails in the area we did not have time to explore. We enjoyed our kayaking adventure even though it was cut short by a thunderstorm....More

A good piece of advice, go early on weekends or you will not be able to get into the park much less find any kayaks or canoes available.
