Nice walk but nothing special. It was very hot so that may have influenced this review. We didn't see any wildlife

This was a nice little nature walk right across from the beach. Well kept paths where you could walk along the shore to see Sarasota Bay. There was a sign touting the view from a hill would yield a spectacular view, but it was disappointing as it was obstructed by branches..

We really enjoyed the Coquina Baywalk. We woke to a cooler windy morning and decided it was a great day to check out the baywalk. There are many trails to follow and a boardwalk through the mangroves and along the bay. There are many great views and different wildlife to see. We saw a crab and some unusual birds. We... More

Beautiful boardwalk and trails. Walk through the palms and mangroves and enjoy nature. Easy walk for all ages. Near the trolley stop but there is also free parking across the street at Coquina Beach.

Spent a couple of hours here observing an incredible number of different bird species in a relatively small area. Great view from sand hill and interesting boardwalks through the mangrove. A must for birders in the area!

It's a bit off the beaten path but a real attraction. You'll be happy if you bring binoculars. There is lots to see and it's always been quiet and serene when we've been there.

Plenty of parking at this nice quiet preserve. The entrance is right across the street from Coquina Beach on Gulf Drive on Anna Maria Island. We visited at 9am on a Monday and were the only ones there, except for 3 fishermen out in the bay in their waders. Saw lots of shore birds & the pelicans were actively feeding.... More

This is where we started our day trip. Nothings far away so we had no problem finding this walk. Its just at the beginning of gorgeous Coquina Beach. Its a free little protected area and worth a stop. Theres a nice view from the top of the water and a little boardwalk where you can catch a view of the... More
