Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Mill Street Fountain provides endless entertainment for all ages. Dogs love it too. The water movement with the mountains as a backdrop is accessible to all!

Grab some frozen yogurt, pull up a chair at one on the tables and enjoy the show. Not just watching the fountain, but watching the kids have fun with the fountain. Occasionally an adult will join in the fun. A great way to take a break while strolling around town.

The dancing fountains are a lovely place to sit for a while and watch the children and dogs play in the water. It can be very entertaining.

While we were out exploring Aspen, we stumbles upon the fountain. We did not brave its waters but had a nice time watching some toddlers/small children play in the fountain with their balloons and a ball. Nice place to take a break and people watch.

Right there in the middle of the shopping district, this oddly but cleverly constructed attractive water feature that delights the eyes and entertains the young at heart. Excellent juxtaposition to the commercial cavern of downtown Aspen, and nice to see its aesthetic also functional.

Seeing the pictures and reading a few of the reviews, I guess I set my expectations too high. It's a nice pretty thing to have in Aspen I suppose, but I was expecting something bigger and better. There really isn't room for kids to run around and it does not keep them entertained very long.

This is a nice feature for downtown. Certainly a draw to keep the children entertained. Maybe to much so because the kuds are wildly hanging around the fountain which is right smack near the road and outdoor restaurants. I know if I were dining at one of these spots it would surely take away from the relaxing feel.

It is a fun place to watch children and dogs romp in the water just having a blast. It is refreshing on a warm day.

You can’t miss it while walking around downtown Aspen. Streams of water geyser out of a street-level grate at alternating intervals making it a huge public sprinkler for kids to run through. The jets spray water into the air in random patterns and formations.
