This was my first visit. As it was a weekend , it was very popular. We hiked along trying to follow a loop trail, but soon lost it. Luckily, the park seems to be surrounded by houses around the perimeter, so we didn't get lost....More

A good workout right in town with nice views and well maintained trails. You can't beat this for what seems way away from the town yet right in the heart of Atascadero.

Originally it was a natural amphitheater used by the then new community of Atascadero, I wish the city would invest in making that form usable again without providing a venue that needs to be locked up when not in use.

There are primarily two trails here. One is the Pine Mountain Loop which offers a great view of the town including the city center which is an historical landmark. I think it's about 1.5 miles. The other trail is called Blue Oak or something like...More

Stadium park has some very nice trails with varying degrees of difficulty. The views from the top are phenomenal, and this is a perfect spot to catch a sunset. Check out botanical markings and nice benches along the way to the top! Takes about half...More
