It's a great, albeit expensive, day out. Cheaper if you do a few days and make it a park hopper. A minimum of three days is required to get the most out of the two parks, or a couple of days if you're just doing this one. Fast passes (FP) are a must, as is arriving early to hit the... More

We got a 3 day pass to the Disney parks and hit this one up on an afternoon. The kids were immediately taken by the California Screamin' rollercoaster and enjoyed a number of the other rides. (My 7yo said tower of terror was her favorite). I think the thing I liked best (other than access to beer, albeit pricey) was... More

A must for Disney fans. A fun counterpoint-addition to Disneyland. With teens, we spent 1 day and had time to see and ride everything. NOt cheap, but nothing disney is. The Luigi ride in Cars Land(?) is new and great, you're in a car that dances around to music, but there's no track. It's all computerized.

Last visit was 8 years ago. Always fun to come here. Nice to see the new attractions and things that had changed since 2008. Definitely need to get a fast pass to Radiator Springs Racers immediately in the morning as the line was never under a 75 minute wait and went up to a 2 hour wait. Loved the change... More

We've come here probably 30 times already. This park is the bit more grown up version with newer attactions vs Disneyland. The atmosphere is great.

I happened to be in Los Angeles on business and took am extra day for a visit to the park. As a stock photographer on the side I found the park full of images most people don't see. I did also ride the rides and had no issues planning my time out. My favorite ride here was the Screamin' California.

Was in the parks the week after Thanksgiving for a few days. Not a quiet time of the year anymore. Both parks need more hours the whole month of December as there were a lot of people there compared to years past for the week after Thanksgiving. No major issues other than some crowds here and there, loved the new... More

The park captures the essence of California, with fun attractions. Soaring offers breathtaking.views. The lines were long for the cars ride. It isn't a destination on it's own, yet fun to add to a visit to Disneyland.

The best rides there are the Radiator Springs Racers (tip; go there first on park opening, pick up a fast pass before you get in standby line, then you can ride it twice in a row); Soarin; the swinging ferris wheel (my kids loved it for some reason); and the tower of terror. Lines are shorter then Disneyland, but there... More

This is a great park. Unlike Disneyland across the way, you don't need to spend the whole day there. Lines are ridiculously long for the Radiator Springs Racers. Use the Singles line.
