This shuttle service left us stranded at LAX with a small child. I called their company several times and they assured me they were just running late because of LA traffic. We waited over 45 minutes when we decided to take a cab. They assured me I would receive a refund. No refund. No response to my email regarding one.... More

I booked the Disneyland Express bus from LAX to our hotel in Garden Grove Anaheim, this was the only shuttle service I could find that was child friendly that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. It was on time, and the driver was handled our luggage with care. What topped it off was that the bus had Buzz Lightyear... More

Prepaid for our tickets online and only needed a confirmation code to authenticate it. Friendly drivers happy to show the sites along the way. Nice clean buses that know their way around the express lanes.

Our family rode on the Grayline Disneyland Express bus from LAX to our hotel outside Disneyland and back. Both directions, the drivers were kind and prompt with loading and unloading bags. The price was great as well - children ride free. The bus was comfortable for the hour-long drive. Although the video was old (Shrek) it kept the kids entertained... More

We have had an astonishingly disappointing experience with Southern California Gray Line - bad trip experience then an empty promise for a check (refund) in the mail. I booked Southern California Gray Line to take my family to and from Lego Land from Disney when we visited Disneyland in California from Australia in Oct 2016. It didn't start well. The... More

Booked a round trip from the airport. Landed in L.A. And was easy to find. A short walk from our hotel to the bus stop to catch the bus to go to john Wayne airport. The bus run every hour but check their schedule online. The bus made multiple stop to pick up other guest from different hotels.

I was skeptical to book this as transportation to our Disneyland hotel after reading other reviews however, it was great. It picked us up at the airport right on time, We were the only family on the bus into Anaheim. I phoned to reserve our return trip 24 hours before we needed it and again the bus arrived on time... We had transfers for 3 to Universal Studios early December. Well priced I thought at $81 for all 3 of us. We had Charles (or apparently Jeff if you didn't like him !!!) He was very amusing and very informative for the entire trip. We were picked up and dropped off spot on time and had an awesome day. Would... More

My wife and I did the 10 hour L.A./Hollywood tour in September, and it was average at best. To start, the company's shuttle was about 25 minutes late picking us up from our hotel. The seats on our tour bus were very uncomfortable, so much that I had to sit sideways so my back would stop hurting. Our tour guide... More

Our family took the Gray Line bus 2 days in a row and got 2 different experiences. The 1st day we went to Sea World in San Diego without a hitch, the bus was 20 minutes late picking us up but what can you expect with many hotels to stop at. We only stopped at one attraction, so we didn't... More
