Saw lots of birds, went to Glass Beach and had a great hike. Made him a reed broom to play with after we read the signs about the Indians. He wants to go fishing next time.

While there wasn't much to look at besides the pile of dirt in the middle and the bay, it was a nice walk and very peaceful.

Great hiking and bird watching spot! Easy hike for kids, close to playgrounds and good eateries at the end of the trail close to Highway 29.

The Wetlands in American are one of our treasures! We love walking along the wetlands trail, viewing the plants and birds that float on the water or fly overhead.

We enjoy going to this open space along the Napa River. The Glass Beach has many gems for kids to find many colors of glass left over from the time this area was a dump. Many bird lovers are not disappointed by the many species...More
