We had such a great day at this museum. The CSI interactive forensics was fabulous (we got to figure out who done it!). We learned so much about a wide range of "criminals" while having a blast- literally. You can try a realistic police shootout...More

Museum of C&P is very educational--fun too. Take some extra money for tokens to try the shoot out, glock and driving. LOVED the CSI section. Take your time--you wont get through quickly--read everything and test your knowledge at some of the stations. After doing this...More

Really liked this place. Very informative and had interactive exhibits. The gift shop has some unique items. Get your ticket on-line ahead of time, you get a slight discount.

Probably one of the more interesting museums I have been to. Also loved seeing things from the show Mysteries at the Museum. Interesting place for a family with older kids.

Museum was enjoyable. Lots of interactive displays and self-paced touring allows to take in more or less depending on interests. We did a CSI crime lab activity and my teen daughters loved it!

Take a break from all the History of Washington DC and enjoy the Museum. My 10 and 12 year old boys were fascinated by all the torture from the Middle ages to the code breaking techniques, and laughed out loud when reading about the criminals...More

By the time I got around to reviewing this, I'd learned this museum closed--which is awful! I understand the economical uphill battle it was fighting, trying to compete w/ free Smithsonian museums, but it's too bad. We went here as a tribute to my mom,...More

The museum is set up like a one way maze so you hardly miss anything. The items on display range from great to haunting, from amazing to eerie. A good day trip if you're ever in the area. Definitely do the detective handbook thingie, it...More
