The Ronald Reagan Building is very conveniently located to the White House Visitor Center, as well as to all the monuments on the National Mall and to the Smithsonian Museums...just a couple to a few blocks of walking gets you right to all the action....More

They have strict security in this building, even if you are just going to eat. The food court is large and welcoming with a wide variety. Our group ate at several places and everyone had a good meal. The building itself is quite impressive.

I honestly couldn't say. There are only fast food outlets, none of which we fancied as we aren't fast foodies, so we just opted for ice creams instead and had lunch in one of the museum cafes instead.
