Ordered the soup and sandwich combo. I got the 1/2 turkey and cup of soup. The sandwich was very good but the soup was amazing for a chain restaurant. I'm so tired of people going thru the motions of getting food together and throwing it at me. How about a hint of a smile.

Friendly service. Good coffee. Nice cozy dining area and a perfect location when walking to the tourist areas down Connecticut Avenue. Breakfast was excellent - the freshly made breakfast wrap was tasty but very small.

The food was really nice and the server was brilliant, very helpful. However the place could do with a lick of paint and some new furniture as its dirty and makes the whole place look a bit grubby which is a real shame because it's really nice.

We love Cosi for a quick meal. I wasn't impressed with their service, except for one girl that was new. She was so nice and helpful. The other two were not very friendly.

This place is okay to stop for a quick meal or snack. While touring Washington DC or the White House grounds this is a close option too satisfied an appetite. The food is okay, The atmosphere and bathrooms are not. Certainly not worth the trip, but to satisfy a quick appetite it's a safe place to stop.

Very dirty place. You need to notice the area around the fridge! Gross!! The morning bagels are awesome but it's hard to communicate with the staff on week ends. A guy would greet you in the morning by "Huh"?! Other staff (speak Spanish) would laugh when you ask them about their "Pho" soup ingredients!! They take no pride where they... More

I used to come here frequently to Get soup and salad. On this last visit, on a Sunday evening, the young woman handled the food with gloves she used to throw out the trash. When I asked her to change her gloves and prepare a new bowl, she seemed quite annoyed. I Walked out and took my business elsewhere.

I got the Turkey Brie sandwich on the wheat. The food was good but nothing out of the ordinary. Everything was fresh and the service was attentive. I'd eat here again but not worth going out of your way.

We were glad to have found Cosi, after an afternoon of riding bikes in the D.C. area. Close to where you return the DC Bike rentals (http://www.capitalbikeshare.com/) near Metro Center Station, just a block or two away. We wanted a place to get a quick bite to eat, and ordered a couple of salads at Cosi. The salads were delicious... More

I visited the airport location at IAD and ordered the TBM sandwich. It features tomatoes, basil, and mozzerella - kind of a caprese salad on bread, I guess. I also added the grilled chicken to the sandwich. Every ingredient was super fresh and tasty. The service was a little iffy, as was the communication in general. But my order arrived... More
