I have visited this shop several times over the past 5 years but this was the first time with 2 young girls. They were so interested in what they were seeing that one of the clerks took time to explain. They won't forget this experience. Prices in the shop vary so there is something for everyone. This is a very unique place in Washington DC. Located inside the secure section of the Department of the Interior, near the DOI Museum and the collections of photographs and murals. It has Native American Tourist art alongside some extremely nice art-piece type jewelry. I definitely recommend stopping by, if you like turquoise and are in DC.

In addition to Monday through Friday, it is open on the third Saturday of the month from 10 AM to 4 PM. We chose Saturday to visit, so we had to enter from C Street. We had to produce... More
