Stops were pretty convenient but tour guides were overly opinionated and pushed their liberal views instead of just giving an unbiased tour.

Hi Nsnyder, We are very sorry this happened! Gray Line DC is a separate entity of the Hop On/Hop Off tours even though we sell their tickets, so that was not our own tour guide. We suggest you leave a review with them instead.

I sent a email to Gray Line Tour with my question and l am extremely disappointed that to date no reply to my query. My Husband and I will be in Washington and Toronto in October 2016. I plan to spend apx £460 on 3 tours. The tour I have a query on is what the 2 day Grand Tour of Washington covers as we plan to start on Tuesday and end the next day on Wednesday in comparison to their 1 day tour. I need to know what each day covers as would hate to see a the same sights for 2. days. This question is very important to me that I have booked a hotel near Union Station to .be near the Gray Line pick up point. Hence if Gray Line can not be bothered to reply to me could someone out there answer my question. Thank You

We will be staying at Cherry Hill Park and were told you send shuttles there to pick up/drop off twice a day. Will this actually be GrayLine or will it be the Big Bus Tours? Can you give me prices and itineraries for both day and night tours, please. We'll be there the first week of April. Is it necessary to make a reservation before we arrive? Thx
