A great way to both exercise and visit the Smithsonian museums. You can then continue to the reflecting pool and memorials there.

Great afternoon walking the mall. So much to see. Our 4 hours meant a number of pictures were taken in the dark and were simply stunning. Well worth the time and small effort. DC knows how to do a memorial!!

Place to take a walk and a must if you have not been to DC before. From the museums to the monuments the national mall is one of my favorite places.
