Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

In August my sister, teenage niece and I spent a great weekend on the American River. We signed up for a 2 day raft trip with W.E,T. River Trips. The first morning we arrived at our group campsite and set up our tents then headed down to the river for a day of rafting. Our guides were experts and provided us with a great experience. The campsite was perfect (showers & rest rooms close by), the food was excellent and part of our package ( breakfast, lunch & dinner cooked by our guides), and the 2 day river rafting was so much fun. My niece was not too excited and somewhat apprehensive but the pictures (taken by professional photographers as we hit the white water) showed a smile on her face that was priceless. We had an absolutely unforgettable weekend - something a 60 year old, 40 year old and 17 year old can enjoy together - not for the faint of heart.
