Fished for silvers 3 days on the Kenai and hit our limit (Thank you Andrew at Chadwick's Fishing Guide Service!). Beautiful river, lots of animals to watch while you fish; eagles, falcons, seals, otters and more.

The Kenai River is THE place for salmon fishing. We went late in the season, so we fished for Silver Salmon and we had a blast! We loved our fishing guide, Andrew Chadwick with Chadwick Fishing Guide Services. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic time on the river. It was beautiful, and even for late season we were able to pull in some Salmon.

I took a drive it to copper landing, such a pretty area! It's crazy how blue the water is! I'm excited to go out this summer to kayak the river or the lake

We tried a lot of rivers on our fishing expeditions and the Kenai was by far the best. Tons of success with reds, but just missed the late silver runs :( Absolutely gorgeous! You can't beat watching bald eagles soar just feet away while having...More

One of the most beautiful rivers I have seen. The color is breathtaking and the fishing is great! Lots of wildlife. Best seen in a drift boat for a lazy afternoon.

We traveled from Anchorage to Soldotna to fish on the lower Kenai River. The trip was amazing. There are mountains throughout the area and the Kenai River was a beautiful aqua color. The fishing trip was better than we anticipated. Our family caught our full...More

The salmon just flow on the Kenai, you don't have to spend a lot of money on a guide unless you are just using it to rent a boat. Just go into Soldotna or any of the state parks and sometimes you will stand beside...More
