Trust the restaurant touts: we followed two to find the best, but most hidden away restaurants. It's also a good place to just sit, listen to the unavoidable live music, and watch people coming and going

I walked to the Plaza from the Ibeorstar Hotel located in Juan Marti Plaza. I am a history nut so this place was amazing. I love the cobblestone street and the old Spanish architecture.

Charming little town that comes alive at night. Good Cuban music and drinks. Lots of restaurants/bars around town. Make sure to wear comfortable footwear as cobblestone streets are uneven. Cabs are on the main road.

Beautiful area with loads of museums in each side , church only open 10:30am for an hour , very solemn in the church , great atmosphere at night where all the music happens . Access for tourists to square 2cuc drinks very cheap .

The regal King Palms looking down over the square make it easy to orientate yourself in this lovely little town. The square is greener than most squares you'll come across in Cuba with plenty of cast iron benches to relax and watch the World go...More

I legally traveled to Cuba last February with a tour from the US. Most of the time we were in a large group with a tour guide, but not all of the time. Especially in Trinidad, I was basically by myself the whole afternoon... More
