If you love walking in nature than this is a doable walk for just about anyone, regardless of fitness (just go slower on the hills). The scenery is perfect - sounds, bays, native birds (Weka are common birds walking along the track), tree ferns, beech...More

What can I say? Walk a little, walk a lot, it's fabulous. Worth coming to Picton just to walk on the track, even just for a couple of hours. You don't have to do all of it to enjoy it, though I plan to come...More

We walked a small section of the track, from Anakiwa to the look out and back. We enjoyed the walk, the views out to the Sound were lovely. Not too strenuous, it took us about 3 hours return.
