We did the mail delivery cruise and it was excellent. The skipper/driver/postman was informative throughout the trip and ensured we learned a lot about the area. I even delivered the post and importantly fed the local dogs at each drop off point.

Stunning scenery with amazing views around each of the bays. A nice cruise. Nowhere near as breathtaking or stunning as Milford Sounds but worth a trip out. We took the mail cruise which went into smaller bays and go us closer to where the locals...More

Nature's grandeur, right on the edge of a major wine-growing region. What's not to like? You can be as active or as sedentary as you like, but don't miss this.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful scenery. We were on a cruise and it was just gorgeous. We were lucky to have clear weather so we could really enjoy even minute of the trip in and out of the sounds.

Took a ride on a boat out into the Marlborough Sound. Smooth water and dolphins as well. Lovely Vistas on every side.

We stayed at Lochmara Lodge but a day trip on one of the shuttle boats to Lochmara Lodge or other resorts is well worth it. You will experience beautiful views and can hike, snorkel, canoe or simply relax at the restaurant or on the beach.
